"He grew up in Brighton, went to school at Varndean and returned here three years ago. He thinks it's great to be back home, and has played an active role in the local Lib Dem Party since his return both as previous Chair and standing in three local elections."

Stewart is passionate about transparency, fairness and building strong  links with local businesses and community groups.

His background was in Finance, HR and Recruitment Consultancy before setting up his own business in 2010. As an experienced Coach he believes he has the right competencies to be a successful MP and realises the importance of listening to local voters and delivering the results they seek at local and national level.

He is European in outlook, with a strong commitment to reducing NHS wait times and improving the access to a first class education for all, Stewart has decades of experience to both relate to local people and get things done!
