Brunswick & Adelaide By-Election.

Brighton & Hove Liberal Democrats are pleased to congratulate Claire Lachlan on her terrific performance as their candidate in the by-election.

Claire stood for election as the Liberal Democrat candidate for Brunswick & Adelaide in the local elections held in May 2023 and was keen to once again seek the opportunity to represent the ward on the city council.

Claire, a pensions specialist and mother of two, has lived in the local area for 20 years. She is a keen campaigner on local issues and conservation and is determined to continue to support the local residents of Brunswick and Adelaide to conserve their special heritage. She works to ensure that that any issues with rubbish are handled effectively. She is keen to make sure the beauty of the locality is preserved and is working hard to improve sustainability in those aspects that contribute to making the ward a better place to live and work.
